Terms & Conditions – 299beg Bangladesh

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "299beg" or "the Platform" refers to the online gambling and sports betting service accessible at 299beg.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account with 299beg or accesses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the 299beg platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome match bonuses, reload credits, cashback awards, or free-bet allocations granted to a Player's Account by 299beg.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total real-money turnover a Player must generate before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Eligible Game" means any game category that contributes toward meeting a Wagering Requirement, as specified per promotion.
• "BDT" or ৳ refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on 299beg are conducted.

Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa where context requires.

To register and maintain an account with 299beg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 299beg. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different personal details, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 299beg reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void all transactions and balances associated with them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. 299beg accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 299beg account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

299beg will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 299beg support team immediately via the contact address provided on the platform. Until notification is received and acknowledged by 299beg, the Platform bears no responsibility for any transactions executed on your account.

You agree to log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or publicly accessible device. 299beg's automatic session timeout is a security aid and does not constitute a substitute for active account management on your part.

Attempting to access another Player's account, using another Player's payment credentials, or employing any technical method to circumvent account security controls constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral.

299beg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment channels:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Commercial banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank

The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is ৳100 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment channel and are communicated within the deposit and withdrawal interface.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 299beg is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, scheduled maintenance windows, or public holidays affecting bank operations in Bangladesh.

All funds deposited into a 299beg account must derive from a legitimate source. 299beg maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report any suspicious transaction patterns to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules prevail for matters relating exclusively to that product.

General betting conduct rules applicable across all product categories include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 299beg does not accept bet cancellations or amendments after a bet has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or interrupted connectivity during a live game or live betting session, 299beg will endeavour to resolve the round based on available data. If a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds and prices on sports markets are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• 299beg reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest pricing error, technical glitch, or data feed error that resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed.
• Maximum stake and maximum win limits apply per event, per market, and per account. These limits are determined by 299beg at its sole discretion and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on betting behaviour.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 299beg. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

Upon termination for cause, 299beg reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If an investigation concludes that the Player engaged in prohibited conduct, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If the investigation concludes no prohibited conduct occurred, the balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Once an account is classified as dormant:

• Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be voided and removed from the account balance.
• A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining real-money balance if lower) will be deducted from the account's real-money balance for each month the account remains dormant, up to a maximum of twelve (12) months of fees.
• 299beg will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via their registered mobile number or email address before applying dormancy fees.

A dormant account can be reactivated at any time by the account holder logging in, subject to any outstanding KYC or security verification requirements. Upon reactivation, dormancy fee deductions cease immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299beg's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the use of the platform, or any bet or transaction shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

299beg shall not be liable for any loss or damage that is indirect, consequential, special, or punitive, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from a Player's own failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread network outages affecting Bangladesh.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes attributable to data feed suppliers or third-party game providers, where 299beg has acted in good faith to resolve the error promptly.

Nothing in these Terms limits 299beg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on the 299beg platform — including but not limited to the 299beg brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 299beg or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any element of the 299beg platform without prior written consent from 299beg. Unauthorised use of 299beg's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 299beg is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In brief, 299beg collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and — where you have not opted out — direct marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption practices.

299beg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 299beg platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 299beg's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in the English language.

The majority of account, payment, and bonus disputes are resolved within five (5) Bangladesh Standard Time business days without the need for formal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
